I like the very first law about the class B misdemeanor. It seems to be a preventative measure in regards to animal cruelty which is always good. I don't find it stupid. It also makes you wonder when looking at the other laws if someone actually did throw an ottoman at their neighbor and as to whether or not throwing at him when he lives next door is okay. Why just across the street? :)
